1. GPS Check-In
When a nurse marks themselves as arrived, the app records their GPS coordinates and compares them against your registered address. Check-in is only accepted if the nurse is within 150 metres of that address — the exact distance is logged against the visit record. If the nurse is further away, the system blocks check-in until they are within range.
What this proves: the nurse's device was physically near your address at check-in time. What it does not prove: the nurse's identity or qualifications — those are verified separately, during onboarding.
2. Start OTP
Once GPS check-in succeeds, a one-time code is generated and sent to your registered phone number by SMS. The nurse cannot begin the procedure until you read that code out to them and they confirm it in the app.

Before a visit can be marked complete, the nurse uploads visit proof (photos and notes) through the app. The visit is only closed out once you share a second, separate Completion OTP — confirming the service was actually delivered before payment moves.
