Delete your MediBookHome account
You can permanently delete your MediBookHome patient account at any time. Choose any one of the options below.
In the MediBookHome app
Open the app → Profile → Delete my account → type DELETE to confirm.
On this website
Sign in → My Profile → Delete my account.
Ask our support team
Send a request from your registered mobile number or email and we will delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender and profile photo
- Saved addresses and saved family members
- Notification devices — you are signed out on every device
What is kept, and for how long
Records of past bookings, payments and invoices are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as Indian tax and medical-record laws require. Lab reports already issued remain with the laboratory that produced them under its own retention rules.
Upcoming bookings must be cancelled or completed before the account can be deleted. Deletion cannot be undone — you can sign up again later with the same mobile number as a new account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
